About the Venue & Accomodations
This training will be held at Krishna Farm Eco Village in
Murwillumbah, Northern NSW, Australia

Nestled in the foothills of the Wollumbin National Park in the heart of the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, the Hare Krishna Farm “New Govardhana” is a 1000 acre certified organic property with orchards, syntropic vegetable gardens, cows, horses, streams and swimming holes in abundance.
New Govardhana serves as an ashram to a community of yogis who aspire to live according to their deepest vows and commitments on their path of service, spiritual contentment and happiness (Bhakti Yoga). Their service and dedication make this location a beautiful place of growth, healing and spiritual awakening. The temple is the beating heart of the community at New Govardhana and we encourage all who visit the property to come along and experience the lifestyle and philosophy reflected by the practice of Krishna consciousness.

Delicious Vegetarian Food

The Krishna Farm has been producing organic veggies since the 1980s and is well established to grow a variety of high-quality produce, free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. We grow as much of our own food as we can, and otherwise buy locally wherever possible.
All our food, whether served at the village is prasadam - sacred food prepared in a consciousness of loving service. Like in other cultures, we offer our food before we eat to say Grace and thank the Divine for the sun, the rain, and all the visible and invisible blessings necessary to co-create a delicious meal. Feel free to sing along with us, or just listen and enjoy…

ThaiVedic brings together the world's most effective healing arts, with a special focus on Ayurvedic concepts, Thai massage and Yoga Therapies. We believe these practices to be key to human evolution, happiness, and living spiritually purposeful lives.
ThaiVedic offers a TRULY holistic and integrated system, with three clear and simple paths to restore the wisdom humanity needs.

2. Is accomodation and food included?
Accomodation is not included, which is why the course cost is low. We would like to allow for those living in the area to be able to commute: and those who do not to choose accomodation based on their own budget and needs. The price is for tuition only, so transportation and food are also not included.

3. Do I need Yoga experience to attend this training?
This training will teach an beginner friendly approach to the core concepts in Ayurvedic Medicine, in a very insighful way that makes it easy to apply to Yoga Therapies. Even though a little experience in yoga can be helpful, it is not necessary for participation, for both the seasoned practicioner and newbie alike will get a lot out of it.

4. What if I am not a teacher and just want to deepen my practice?
This training’s main focus is to instruct you on how to build one's personal practice in an individualized fashion according to the knowledge of Ayurveda. For those who already instruct, that will inevitably lead to great teaching. Regardless if you are on a personal quest to develop your personal practice or expand your teachings, you will emerge from this training with a deeper and more clear understanding of the Ayurvedic principles applied to Yoga Therapies.
