POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We strive to ship as fast as possible. Our postage and shipping costs depend on your geographic location and will be shown to you at the checkout. All costs are in American dollars. This is not covering the custom taxes in your country.

 

We use Australia Post worldwide shipping service which delivers to virtually any corner of this planet. At the checkout, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date depending on your location and the weight of the products you have ordered.​  Products orders fulfilled by a third party may use different postage methods. 

CUSTOMS TAX

We are not responsible for customs taxes in any country. get informed before buying about the customs taxes and rules in your country.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.

SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES

To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, you will be notified through the contact details you leave with us at checkout.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately. Please contact us if you have received the wrong item to a faulty product. We are a very small production on physical products and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on change of mind. PLEASE read the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. We ask you to use sizing charts provided on any clothing items as sizing may vary to your usual size. 

WRONG ADDRESS

We are not responsible if the given address is incorrect and we will not replace/refund with store credit if it is delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact us before it ships to change the address if you find any errors with your address.

 

REFUND POLICY FOR ThaiVedic COURSES

Due to the logistics required for planning an International Teacher Training, we apply the following refund policy. The 10% Course Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. In extreme circumstances we may offer special consideration or a course credit for a future course. 

The following is the receivable refund (minus 10% deposit)

  • Notification received more than 60 days prior to the training: 70% fee refunded minus US $100 administration fee.

  • Notification received 31-60 days prior to the training: 50% fee refunded minus US $100 administration fee.

 

  • Notification received less than 30 days prior to the training is non refundable. 

Please note in extreme circumstances we are open to discussion; we care about your health and your education. In such circumstances we could also consider moving you to a later training based on availability. 

 

In the unlikely event that the Teacher Training gets cancelled, the cost of the course you paid will be fully refunded. 

Please note that this refund policy pertains only to the course cost - Other costs such as transportations, flights, visas etc. are the responsibility of the student.
