Join Sebastian Bruno for a 5-Day certified training in Europe.
Join Sebastian Bruno, Co-Founder of ThaiVedic, for a 5-Day certified immersion in the Swiss mountains exploring the elemental foundations of Thai Massage and Traditional Thai Medicine.
This training is an invitation into the heart of Thai healing arts, where touch, perception, meditation, ritual, and elemental wisdom converge. Thai Elements offers a traditional, embodied approach rooted in Thai Element Theory, Buddhist principles, and lineage-based transmission.
Drawing from over 20 years of dedicated practice, Sebastian shares Thai Massage not merely as a technique but as a diagnostic, therapeutic, and contemplative system—one that requires presence, discernment, and an understanding of the forces that shape body, mind, and consciousness.
THE ESSENCE OF THAI ELEMENTS

Thai Elements draws upon the natural elements— Space, Wind, Fire, Water, Earth, and Consciousness—as understood within Thai medical tradition.
As an independent branch of ThaiVedic, Thai Elements focuses on presenting Thai Healing Arts as close to their original form as possible, honoring the teachings passed down by genuine masters and lineage holders.
This immersion integrates:
• elemental assessment
• treatment planning
• hands-on bodywork into a unified, living practice.
THAI MASSAGE IN ITS MEDICINAL CONTEXT

Thai Massage is one of the five interwoven sciences of Traditional Thai Medicine:
• Medical Sciences
• Orthopedic Sciences
• Oracular Sciences
• Magical Sciences
• Buddhist Sciences
These branches unite through Element Theory and Buddhist understanding, forming a holistic system that treats constitution, imbalance, and causation—not just symptoms.
Within this context, Thai Massage becomes both:
• a natural medicine, using the elements to understand individuality
• a spiritual practice, guided by mindfulness, ethics, and refined mental qualities
THAI MEDICINE AS A PATH OF PRACTICE
In Thai tradition, medicine and Buddhism are deeply intertwined. Healing is not merely technical—it is a cultivation of the heart and mind.
We explore this through the Three Fields of Merit:
Dana — Generosity
Offering our skills in service of the wellbeing of others.
Sila — Ethical Conduct
Touching with integrity, safety, sensitivity, and therapeutic intention.
Bhavana — Mental Cultivation
Developing mindfulness, kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity.
Through these principles, Thai Massage becomes:
• a vehicle for personal cultivation
• a path of compassionate service
• a meditative practice in action
We close each day with a traditional blessing:
Sabbe sattā sukhi hontu
May all beings be happy.
